Responsibilities:
Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
Cleaning, dusting, mopping floors and window cleaning.
Measuring chemicals correctly.
Operating chemical dispensing units.
Labeling chemicals correctly.
Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
Helping in maintaining monthly inventory of paper product supplies and report when low for ordering.
Helping in keeping an inventory of cleaning supplies and reports when it is needed to order.
Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
Assisting with the hazardous waste collection as requested by the supervisor.
Other duties as assigned Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent preferred.
Must have experience with floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing, etc.
) 1 year janitorial experience preferred.
Must pass initial and annual criminal and background check.
Must pass AT/OP SEC initial training and annually training.
Completion of OPSEC Awareness for Military Member, DoD Employees, and Contractors.
Completion of on-the-job training.
Resilient to noise.
Physically agile.
Excellent communication skills.
